1. The processor uploads the document to silma.io, even using drag and drop. A very simple and fast method.

2. The processor forwards the order received by email to the company's own silma.io email. The forwarder does not need their own credentials for the silma.io service.

3. The company asks the customer or supplier to send documents directly to the company-specific silma.io email.

AI-powered silma.io extracts data from the document.

• Order processing: The service retrieves the correct product identifiers to be transferred to the target system.
• Confirmation processing: The service matches the data to be confirmed with the correct purchase order.

Data transfer

When the order or confirmation is approved for transfer to the target system, the data is automatically transferred via integration or software robot.
